With an extensive programme management and delivery expertise; a Project Adviser provides proactive, comprehensive oversight to the project board, assisting it in avoiding and managing any implementation challenges.

This role oversees all aspects of programme management, governance, change control and execution. This role compliments existing Project Leadership structure & does not necessitate any changes to the existing project organization. We collaborate well with the Systems Integrator and Software Vendors to guarantee complete success of the project.

The key to a product-centric solution approach is less about the adoption of technologies and more about finding appropriate solutions. Project-based approach focuses on coming up with solutions up-front and delivering them against an agreed schedule. Product-based approach focuses on the outcomes, which entails a degree of uncertainty. It is tough to publish the entire product plan and estimate the schedule up-front for achieving the final goals.
